Welcome to Stock Rocket (“the App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the App, provided by One Fat Giraffe Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription & Payment

  • The App offers a Pro Subscription with additional features, available as a monthly ($1.99 USD) or annual ($14.99 USD) plan.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store settings.
  • If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

2. Features & Services

With a Pro Subscription, you get access to:

  • Full stock lists beyond the free version’s limited view.
  • Instant notifications for significant stock movements.
  • Momentum history data to track key stocks over time.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • You agree not to misuse the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from investment decisions made using the App.

4. No Investment Advice

The App provides informational stock market insights only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Always consult a professional before making investment decisions.

5. Changes & Termination

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App without notice.
